簡介 Introduction
日本和諧粉彩 (Pastel Nagomi Art) 是日本藝術療法的一種形式，旨在使用柔和的粉末和手指創作藝術品。細谷典克先生（Hosoya Norikatsu）創立及於2003年創辦了日本粉彩希望藝術協會 (Japan Pastel Hope Art Association，簡稱 JPHAA)，Nagomi 在日文的漢字是「和」，有和諧之意。
Pastel Nagomi Art is a kind of Japanese art therapy, using fingers and fine powder to create artworks. Hosoya Norikatsu founded the Japan Pastel Hope Art Association (JHAA) in 2003, and the Kanji characeter for “Nagomi” (和) has the meaning of harmony.
“Nagomi”（和）的漢字字符意味著和諧，所以選擇的主題往往是溫柔，平靜和充滿希望的。 和諧粉彩對畫家以及欣賞它的人都有治療效果。通過輕鬆且具療癒效果的和諧粉彩課堂，以藝術形式幫助學員利用溫和的方式表達和排解内心的想法，有助學員心靈及情緒得以安定 。
The kanji character for “Nagomi” (和) means harmony, so the themes chosen tend to be gentle, calm and hopeful. Harmony pastels have a therapeutic effect on the painter as well as those who appreciate it. Through the relaxing and healing harmonious pastel class, art forms are used to help students express and resolve their inner thoughts in a gentle way, which helps students stabilize their minds and emotions.

課堂時數︰共8小時 (7小時 + 1小時休息) /分兩日課程, 每日3-4小時
Lesson time: 8 hours in total (7 hours+ 1 hour of rest)/divide into two days, 3-4 hours each day
學費︰$4,500 / 位(已包所有工具及準指導師登記費用）
Fee: $4,500/per student (includes all tools and registration fee for Advanced Instructor)

教授日本和諧粉 (正指導師教案) 完成四或五幅畫
Teaches Japanese Pastel Nagomi art (JPHAA Certified Advanced Instructor Plan), completes 4 or 5 artworks
學員及報名需知 Student and Registration Notes
- 必須已有日本和諧粉彩正指導師證書
Must already have the JPHAA Certified Advanced Instructor Certificate - 在課堂內,必須完成四或五幅畫
Within lesson time, must finish 4 or 5 artworks - 需自備材料
Must prepare own materials - 一日課程包括1小時午飯時間需自行安排
Single-day courses includes 1 hour of lunch time that is self-arranged - 兩日課程不包括午飯時間
Lunch time is not included in 2-day lessons - 完成此課堂後, 申請成為「正指導師」
After completing the course, register as “Advanced Instructor” - 繳交學費後, 就不能更改上課日期、時間及地點, 亦不能退款
After paying the lesson fee, the lesson date, time and location may not be changed, and will not be refunded - 務必跟據原定日期、時間及地點完成課堂, 否則不設補堂
Be sure to complete the class according to the original date, time and location, otherwise there will be no make-up class - 完成後可申請( JPHAA正指導師證書)，並可開辦準指導師班及培訓正指導師
Students can apply for the JPHAA Advanced Instructor Certificate after completion of the course, and can teach Associate Instructor classes or train Advanced instructors
