Counselling Services
預約程序 ：
- 請致電25115080（辦公室時間 一至五 10:30am – 6:30pm）預約
- 如辦公室時間外，WhatsApp 51111865留下姓名及聯絡資料進行預約。
- 我們會有專人以電話跟進你的個案，並要求出示醫護／教師職員證以茲證明，私家醫生的個案，我們將要求遞交入息證明文件以釐定收費。
- 文件通過核實後將為你配對最合適的輔導員並以電話／電郵確認預約。如預約網上遙距輔導服務，請於接受輔導前於網上完成付款。
Appointment Procedure:
- Please call 2511 5080 (office hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 6:30pm) to make an appointment.
- If outside of office hours, you can WhatsApp 5111 1865 and leave your name and contact information to make an appointment.
- One of our staff members will follow up on your case by phone and request to see your medical/teaching staff ID to verify your identity. For private doctor cases, we will also require you to submit income proof documents to determine the appropriate fee.
- After document verification, we will match you with the most suitable counselor and confirm the appointment by phone or email. If you are booking an online remote counseling service, please complete the payment online before the counseling session.
